I’m Michaela.
Before starting my own wedding planning business, I was a venue coordinator at four Temecula venues. Seeing all of the stressed-out brides and grooms that did not hire a personal wedding coordinator broke my heart and ultimately pushed me to make the leap towards independent wedding planning and coordination. Now I use all of that experience from being a part of hundreds of weddings and observing so many talented wedding coordinators to help create the most stress-free and seamless experience for couples just like you!
My approach to weddings is more laid back than your stereotypical wedding planner. Humor is my go-to superpower for keeping things light and fun throughout the process! I will always give you my opinion and suggestions based on my experience but will ultimately support you in whatever decision you and your fiance make. My goal is to give you all of the information and potential scenarios so you can make the most informed decisions for your day!
I can tell you all of the great, the funny, and the flat-out CRAZY that I have seen at weddings over the years (ask me about how I rescued a flower girl from the pond! -She’s totally okay by the way). I enjoy sharing stories and learning about my couple’s journey and what makes their relationship and families unique. I love discovering ways to incorporate those details into your wedding day!
When I’m not coordinating or preparing for a wedding, you can usually find me horseback riding in wine country, at the beach with my fur child (a Golden Retriever named Kodi), meditating, dancing or soaking in some knowledge via podcasts and documentaries. PreCovid times you would definitely find me at Brunch, wine tasting, or eating way too much gluten-free pizza with my friends.
